He believes that it is necessary to evolve with dynamic environment in order to not turn obsolete.

Rajesh Pandita from ThyssenKrupp discussed the various challenges such as adaptability, adoption and acceptability of technology. It is necessary to grab the opportunity to explore in the era of technology to enhance smart manufacturing. He emphasized on the need of switching into cloud enabled mechatronics for better productivity.

Due to constant changes in the market trends, digital twins is going to play a major role and will be beneficial to the organisation, says Bhaskar A.R. from Carl Zeiss. He laid emphasis on the importance of in-depth analysis and interpretation of organisational operations and market demands for better outputs. He discussed about the improved productivity due to supply chain digitalisation and mass communication.

Sanjiv Kumar Jain from Krishna Group believes that it is necessary for an organisation to get in touch with it’s customers, gaining their confidence by making them understand the true value of the company’s products or services.

Evidently, pandemic has challenged each and every operation of all the organisations. Therefore, to successfully sustain and grow in the current market, critical evaluation and analysis of all the operations and improvisation on the dysfunctional factors is the need of hour.
