Payment: A full payment is required before the expiry of the due date of invoice. Event entry will only be allowed upon receipt of full payment.The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to the conference if payment has not been received or due to inappropriate behavior by the attendee.

Concessions: Prices are applicable if the payment is done before the cut- off date.

Conclave Language: The Summit language will be English.

Data Security: The personal details given by you will be held in our database and can be shared internally. This data may be passed to other companies who want to connect with you for business related activities. If you do not wish your details to be used for said purposes, please email us the following line to the email id given in contact us section: Please do not share my personal details with any third party. Awards: Alden Global Value Advisors PVT LTD reserves the right to withdraw any competing company’s submission or merge categories should any category considered to not have received a sufficient number of entries for short listing. In case we receive high number of entries, the awards will be sub-categorized. Please see our Website for rules and tips. Cancellation & Transfer: If you are not able to attend, a substitute delegate from your company is always welcome without extra charge. You may alternatively choose to credit the full value of your registration towards any future event. Cancellations received two months before the conference will be entitled to 50% refund. Thereafter, cancellations are regrettably not refundable. A complete set of event documentation will, however, be provided if requested. In the case that Alden Global Value Advisors PVT LTD cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. Alternatively, you may choose to credit the full value of your registration towards a future event. We have no refund policy in any other case.
